Space from Chronic Pain

This programme will help you to live with chronic pain, manage your health, and improve your psychological wellbeing.

You can learn to:

  • Understand the role pain plays in your life.
  • Learn to be in control of your wellbeing despite not being in control of your pain.
  • Make small incremental changes to begin to feel better.

The Space from Chronic Pain programme consists of 8 modules that contains content, tools and activities, which you can complete in your own time and at your own pace over approximately eight weeks.
